Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

Scot's Supply Co. offers text messaging for customer care and order updates ("the Program").

• Opt-in: you join by texting our business number, or by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts about your orders or account.
• Message types: customer-care conversations, order confirmations, and pickup/shipping notifications. Customers who separately opt in to promotional texts may also receive occasional offers and deals. Message frequency varies with your activity.
• Message and data rates may apply per your carrier plan.
• Opt-out: reply STOP at any time to cancel. You'll receive one confirmation and then no further texts — the block is enforced by your carrier. To receive texts again, reply START from the same phone; re-submitting the sign-up form alone will not restart messages.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
