What we collect

Account and order information you give us (name, business, address, email, phone number), order history, and messages you send us — including text messages to our business number.

How we use it

To process and deliver your orders, service your account, respond to your questions, and send transactional notices such as order and shipping updates.

Text messaging (SMS)

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and order fulfillment, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text-message originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with or sold to any third parties.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers needed to run the store — payment processing (Stripe), shipping carriers, and messaging delivery (Twilio) — and never sell customer information.
